    A good place for starters
    The good thingsExcellent benefits package for all levels of staff. Company's taking ggod care of staff bonding by regular organising of events like hari raya, cny, annual dinner and team building. Medium sized company so relationships between staffs regardless different departments is very good.
    The challengesToo much politics in management level. One race dominated organisation. Some HODs are very stern, so a very strong mental and emotional degree are required. Need to be initiative to learn by yourself. Gossips spread faster than sounds.
