    The good thingsThe workers here are so friendly and supportive to each other. The good things that you can learn here how to deliver an excellent service to the customer and learned how to manage time and upselling to the customer without any stress from cinema manager.
    The challengesThe challenge is how to improve your service to the customer much better than before and having a lot of different type of customer behaviours and how to handle them.

    Working in a cinema with the right person and u get to know your work flow is just so great.
    The good thingsI love to work with no boundaries. There are no different if you are an Operation Team or HQ Team, because we work under the same roof and we always have each others back. Like others company too, we struggle to be the best among the best.
    The challengesQuite challenging when it comes to deal with customer but your colleagues always know whats the best to find a solution. Every person have different kind of way to develop their business, and for me its kinda hard but you will always find a way to blend with them.

    The good thingsYou will know more about cinema other than it's just all about movies and popcorn.. the ability to multitask and task completion. Being able to lead a team and achieve target. Able to strategize to ensure high customer rate in cinema and also providing a wonderful customer service and experience for our guests. Learn all about payroll and stock management and repair works in cinema.
    The challengesThe pay is not sufficient for the job title. High expectations in terms checklists and other trivial paperworks which I find is not entirely necessary.

    The challenges- MoD are very hard to get their attention and for them to pay attention. - Sometimes missing unannounced and when reached via walkie talkie they wont respond (even tho we can see where they are in CCTV). - They don't offer free drinks unlike Pizza or McD and other competitors. One sip and you will get fired. - I have signed offer letter but they withhold the copy of offer letter until you got suddenly laid off without notice. If they do that to you and suddenly you stopped getting called to work, expect that you will be laid off within 2 weeks. - MBO staff turnover rate is extremely high not because employees leaves them, but they love to fire employees away just to cut money on payroll. - Not recommended for someone who pursues career and experience, but maybe a highschool student on semester break will live just fine.

    The good thingsI work as a part time because im still a student that time. The management always tolerate about my class timetable and not clash with my working time. The company also give the staff movie voucher as a rewards to staff for watch the old movies. The environment is good and the colleagues also fun. I am so enjoyed work at there.
    The challengesI will work overtime for wekeends until 4 a.m but I have my own car so I can easily go back to my home.

    A great first job experience.
    The good thingsEmployer-employee bond was strong. The bosses are welcoming and easy to approach. I had a stressfree experience working here. The job had given me the opportunity to meet people and serve them which I find enjoyable on the very first day. Colleagues are very helpful and friendly. The team was almost like family.
