    Interesting and Great Exposure
    The good thingsAn interesting and niche industry with a lot of specialized jargon and technical knowledge to master. Fortunately, they allow ample time to adapt and learn. The work environment is fast-paced, but the colleagues are friendly and supportive.
    The challengesYou'll need to navigate and familiarize the jargon and system. If you're shy or easily offended, it may be tough to keep up. However, if you're adaptable and willing to learn as a beginner, you'll excel and become a valuable contributor.

    The good thingsOffice has open space concept working environment. Very beautiful interior design. People here are young and energetic. There are team buildings and monthly birthday events to get in touch with each other.
    The challengesThis dynamic environment might not be suitable for people so used to the traditional corporate working environment.

    The good thingsCulture is great, no politic, no gossip, get your work done and back home on time. Superior is friendly, everyone can voice their opinion freely, many thing are discussable.
    The challengesThe working environment and project may not interesting as some companies out there. Here may not the right place if you love climbing corporate ladder and structure work.

    The good thingsMCIT is consider great company for people with at least 2-3 year experience. Colleagues are supportive, most of time we have discussion and brainstorm together, try different method to make our campaign work.
