    Great Platform
    The good thingsMcocean products such as Enertri Riceberry, Enerfiber, Ener369 & Eionizer are absolutely amazing. Many people feel relieved and beneficial by using such products. Specially those who really suffered by health issues. Now many people love and believe on these extraordinary products. Because of the trust on products, many customers, consumers, even patients also became as member and distributor. Now Mcocean business as their career. Hebat Mcocean & Products .....

    The good thingsThe company is extremely resourceful and generous. Firstly as Group Sub Editor, the salary is above average for undergraduate such as I. The provided co-workers accommodation covers electricity, water and internet, which is extremely helpful for KL dwellers. Working environment is very clean, tidy and spacious. Cheap food is easily accessible. Accommodation and workplace are in walking distance too. After promoted to Product Executive: I was relocated to another accommodation, the quality of facilities improved but Internet is no longer covered. Driving to work is now essential and parking spots at accommodation are provided. Food availability is a bit scarce around accommodation but there're plenty of restaurants and cafe near workplace that I can make do. My job covers both monotonous and brain-grinding aspects that challenges one's endurance and intelligence.
    The challengesAt the very start, one may be confused of his position in the company as there is a lack of job scope and organization hierarchy. During my time only as a Sub Group Editor I do proofread, voice-acting & recording myself, camera works, journalism, and a lots, LOTS of translations. Relocation to a new position doesn't erase the previous works hence initially its a bit of 2-man works but negotiation was able to sort out some loads. Workplace is less spacious, less tidy & less secure now since relocated workplace is older. As a Product Executive & Group Sub Editor, I additionally work with labor, product info, government documents, certification and marketing materials in 3 different languages. Overtime is common and is unpaid. Work prioritization is solely dependent upon yourself since there is no deadline on most of the given directives (means anything can be urgently demanded by next morning, you never know). You have to be extremely aware of phone messages even during after hours since there have been cases of working during evening. Opportunities for jobs are plentiful (career development might be more vague); working environment is comfortable; work/life balance must be handled personally; management basically depended on your own; benefits and perks are great for accommodation & insurance.

    The good thingsThe company does provide benefits and offering standard salary, accommodation which is very near to the office or branch, sometimes snack and drink provided, bonus every year, leave applied will be approved, so these means: No need to pay for rental, wifi, utilities, save up petrol/public transport fee and tol to work, 5 minutes walking distance to office or branch,SAY GOODBYE TO TRAFFIC JAM Salary increment is based on job scope and performance, which is normal and fair in my opinion.
    The challengesDepend on the job scope and position, certain positions need to work outstation for event, this will be stated clearly in the beginning, can claim ot for that so no issue, sometimes might receive tasks that are not so familiar with, so need to learn new things, good for self value actually.

    Step out of comfort zone and be better
    The good thingsThis company does provide benefits while offering standard salary, accommodation that is very near to working place, sometimes snack and drink provided as well, bonus every year, this means no need to pay for rental, wifi and other utilities, petrol oil and tol, 5 minutes walking distance to office, bonus for sure, can go back to gather with family during holidays and festivals, also salary will be increased based on the job scope and performance, which is fair and normal
    The challengesDepend on the job scope and position, certain positions might need to work outstation for event, but this will be stated clearly in the beginning, can claim ot pay for that so no worry about that, sometimes will receive tasks that I'm not familiar, so need to step out of comfort zone and learn new things, but that will be the plus point for both company and myself, good to learn something new
