    The good thingsvery supportive from Top Management, have many reward for staff to implement good safety and Quality, Yearly Project Safety Reward Rm30k, its the biggest amount reward offers that i have seen in my carrier which maybe you cant find in other company.
    The challengesTo make them understand our local requirement, u need use your every angle skills to ensure they understand our requirement and culture, but after they understand, everything will be okay.
