    Great work environment, and friendly staffs.
    The good thingsNice clean office space, colleagues and staffs were friendly. Can tell that the MD is very focused on Green management and the work environment. It was a great experience for me to know how it is like to work for an M&E Contractor.
    The challengesThe main challenge would be that the company is transforming its organization into a more systematic way. General issues that exist in many companies also exist in MCC Techniques. - People issue - Information deliverance to staffs

    The good thingsUnique Work Culture. Close-relation among the co-workers. Company is growing up fast with very customized work system, tailored to its own culture and routine while coping with the market norm. Specialist in its own field. Very focused business and management.
