Good learning experience will be gainedThe good thingsSome of the employee were nice. Fortunately, I got the right supervisor which is flexible and understanding. Therefore she was easy to consult if if I have any doubts. She guides me very clearly and patiently. Therefore there would be no need for second time questions or doubts most of time as its clear enough. Besides, the other interns became good friends with me at the same so in a way it was little happening on break time and so on other then just sitting confront of the computer
The challengesThe fact that sometimes they do pressure the interns to do thing at once. As in everyone will make use of one intern even knowing that each of them as a supervisor by themselves. Basically assisting work for all the employees. The fact that u have your own supervisor and u'll assist only them is not possible, its just for sake of having a supervisor. Most of them seem to take charge of u like their your supervisor. So there is stress therefore. Otherwise the company is good.
