    It is really great to had a chanced working here!!
    The good thingsMcConnell is an international company. Have a good system and everyone were following. Good communication with HR, high in salary, good accommodation and I love my team (QAQC) at Pengerang, Rapid Project Package 5. Everybody work as a team. I wish I will be given opportunity to work here again in future.
    The challengesMaybe company can give some bonus/token to the workers, just a simple gift to show how they appreciate the workers.
