    The challengesHeavy workload, messy and last minute cases. No overtime pay and no allowance benefits. Expected to do administrative tasks. Staff doing personal matters with company resources. Old computers and printer always have problem. Toxic people.

    fun but sometimes quite stressful
    The good thingsyou can experience new thing and found new friend. when you start work here, all the workers will treat you like a family. you will know how to handle with the customer well. all the managers can tolerate with you if you have emergency case. easy to do overtime work.
    The challengesit quite stressful when there are so many customers at one time especially during school holiday or at any festival. you cannot have a rest until the customer less. sometimes when you become the cashier, some of the money will short. and you have to pay back with your own money.
