    The good things1) safety first 2) team work together 3) plan for run production 4) follow the schedual 5) make the good product for customer
    The challenges1) first, I don't like to spend time at work arguing about stuff problems 2) I don't like small problems to be magnified 3) I don't like when there is a company problem but the company doesn't issue a memo 4) I don't like to be fooled while I'm working 5) I I don't like having my salary cut without the employee's consent
