    Supportive environment with great learning opportunities in insurance operations.
    The good thingsSupportive work environment and the teamwork among colleagues. There was good annual leave, block leave, a medical card, and also training opportunities to grow my career.
    The challengesThe main challenge was meeting strict deadlines. Challenge was adapting to new SOP updates and system changes.

    Learned a lot on my own because of I had a useless and incompetent boss. You can use this place as a stepping stone to get to somewhere else. Jangan jadi dinosaur stay lama lama kat sini.
    The good thingsWhat I like the most about the company is the camaraderie.
    The challengesWorking under the tutelage of someone who is really incompetent. There many of them here, promoted because of the strong “jilat” culture. These people can survive probably because of how good they are at menjilat. Some people at C level also are really stupid, unclear direction and if you’re good enough at main wayang then you’ll be safe. Micromanage is a norm here please take note.

    The good thingsYou can leave work immediately after official hour ends. No such thing as stay back for work.
    The challengesLack of communication skills of staffs. No corporate image portrayed even by the Management. You can work on your own so long as you're independent. Typical slowness in work especially since most of the employees have been here over 20 years. Management and Human Resources are not concern about staff performance or slacking. Wrongs and errors of staffs are left even without proper rectification
