    The good thingsCan learn become more independence & motivation
    The challengesNO labour law here, management hold salary and benefit depends on personally decision making ,every month not in comfortable due to worries salary will on hold . Think twice before joined in . no any letter offer provided , management will testing the staff capability before release it . if cannot fulfillment , they will request you to left.

    A very good start for fresh-graduate can be multi tasking
    The good thingsMulti Tasking , nice colleague .and free parking due to industrial area
    The challengesA mean top management,no systematic,prepare to work extra hours , all task must completed in very short notice given.and tough working environment,have to work hard to be able to settle all the problem,always stressful due to bad environment .
