Good For Freshgrad But Bad For Career Progression
The good things- Learnt how a civil construction company works such as how tender process works. - Not a good culture to work because so many cluster groups but very conducive if you are willing to learn new things. - They treat you free food once a while.
The challenges- You are expected to do chores that does not have anything to do with your job scope. This is probably only for contract workers like Protege trainee but not sure for permanent workers. - You will have to answer to many multiple head of departments and unless you are good at talking/socializing, you will have a bad time here.

Great company to broaden knowledge and experience.
The good thingsA lot of things to learn especially when you are based at the site office. You are encouraged to learn other job scope than quantity surveying.
The challengesWorking with a provisional BQ is quite challenging because it allows flexibility and changes throughout the whole construction period. The site condition is also challenging.
