    The good thingsThe good thing is u got a job. i am very thankful when MCSB offered me a position. the bad is contract is 6 month, annual leave is 9 days only for a year given. 4.5 days per 6 month?. guess what say good bye for a vacation unless you have no regret taking unpaid leave. so far so good, salary is on time. dont forget when you signing contract dont u ever apply for mcsb sport club. waste of money man i tell you.. they say every month will call you for monthly mcsb contractor event but past few month habuk pon tarak. anyway its not a big deal. i thank MCSB alot. be happy be safe go with MBSB.. go go go..

    The good thingsNothing much good left here. Most of the employees already resign. the good old days....
    The challengesNo senior, no training. you have to figure it out yourself how the system is working. With you lack on everything, they send you onsite to support client. and you have to listen to client complaining on why they sent incompetent staff to support them.

    The good thingsSince day one I joined MCSB, I learn a lot regards on technical skills, soft skills and business solution. Having a great team to work things out rather than Solo. Also, appreciate getting chance to visit overseas projects, meet new people, learn culture of foreign country. Variety of training also provided by company free of charge, covering Microsoft products, programming and more! MCSB make impossible possible
    The challengesSelf improvement is important to catch up with the team, everyone in the company is fully equipped with skills and different strength. Never stop learning to be at the same footstep with the company.

    The good thingsNo restriction on internet access. Mild office politic. Never delay salary. Can use personal laptop and smartphone in office and connect to office wifi. There's pantry for making drink. No restriction on eating food / drinking on my working table.
    The challengesShould hire HR specialist to take care of staff's benefits e.g Monthly EPF payment. Car mileage is too low - RM0.40 per KM. Staff scope of work is not define clearly, end up doing more role. Staffs turnover is high.
