    my experience toward this organisation can be said as an interesting and challenging environment.
    The good thingsthe staff in this organisation may learn some Japan language as the manager in certain department are from Japan. the staff also may gain as many experience as you can because in the department, there are multiple task and job that you have to do. sometimes, it is totally not related to your job scope.
    The challengesyou may cooperate with other workers from foreign country. it quite challenging because you may misunderstood about what they trying to say. it is maybe because of their slang or pronunciation. in stead of that, you may
