The good thingsImprove working skill a lot due to multi-tasking workload. Learn to solve issues and work independently. Learn to be patient with all the bosses character and expectation on you.

The challengesSo many urgent multi-tasking with short deadline. Have to rush when do all the works. Have to do jobs 75% multi-tasking on top of the JD / Work Scope provided.
