You may call this company a school or academy because it provide a lot of exposure and training to enhance the staff knowledge and experience in so many areas.     Love the working environment
    The good thingsWe have a very close community here and people here are willing to help you when help is needed. What i love most is when i come to work everyone is wishing you "Good Morning" from the guard,cleaners and also your colleagues which truly makes a persons day.
    The challengesDue to limited staff in the building our cafe does not provide variety of food. Therefore, we always drive out. However, our cafe has improved compared to previous years.

    A great place to work
    The good thingsI know exactly what is expected of me in terms of my job and I report to an excellent leader who guides me through. Internal/external trainings are held yearly and there is always room for career growth. Amazing colleagues and an office with many facilities; eg. gym, zumba, badminton, ping pong, etc.
    The challengesThe cafe food isn't great and hence we need to drive out to eat. The drive from home to Cyber - but I guess going opposite direction of KL traffic and free parking are definitely plus point.
