A caring management team and performance orientated workplaceThe good thingsAs a HR Manager, I personaly find that the Management is care for all levels of staff. The bosses can remember every staff names and who they are. Staff Career Development is utmost important as a sustainable move to ensure loyalty and healthy workforce. Very nice working environment. Each full time staff are entitled for monthly treatments. We are allowed to purchase products at a very attractive price for personal consumption too. The best part is, the product is awesome.
The challengesPerformance is the key. To me, this is the culture for a performance base company. When all individual achieved performance, the company will achieve performance too. In return, the company will reward back to the staff who performed. It is a good problem.
