    Not what you would expect from a medical company
    The good thingsStill have supportive colleagues and learned to work under pressure from a changing work environment.
    The challengesSince downsizing quite many no/low salary increments with delayed incentive payments, staff had to independently adapt to frequent changes and unclear direction from management.

    The good thingsCo-operative colleagues, reasonable leaders. The whole company work as a team to build up the company.
    The challengesThe company is still growing baby. You need to multitask, and face a lot of challenges, but it could be a good thing if you look at the positive side and willing to learn a lot of things.
