    Good place as a last stop in your working life. Very little stress. Easy going.
    The good thingsRelax and easy going. Non- confrontational and unique salary increment and incentives scheme never practiced anywhere plus loads of offsite activities.
    The challenges1. If management is more open towards changes and less foreign management control. 2. Expatriates managers communication barrier. Very limited English language capabilities.
