Local Country Management Vs Regional Office
The good thingsLocal managements gave employees lot of freedom to decide what they want to do in their respective territories they responsible for. Upper managements willing to listen to suggestion and ideas. Two ways communcation.
The challengesPressure and unrealistic demand from regional office, without first understand each countries situation and real scenario. No real function of regional office in term of support given to countries.

Good company with great products but with poor and disorganised management

The challengesInefficient overall management, inefficient business support, commercial and sample stocks are constantly out of stock

The good thingsFlexible time, good benefits, all your travelling expenses, claims, flights are taken care of. Insurance provided are premium depending on your position. Office facilities are good, massage chairs, pantry with pool table, table tennis table and a resting room. Food are always available in the pantry, biscuits, hot drinks, soft drinks, instant noodles, etc. Fly first class, stay in 4-5 star hotels.
The challengesThe job scope is tough. 24 on-call for some division, work at anytime upon customer's (doctors) call. Need a very high learning curve due to some jobs scopes that are very technical. Supporting cases in the operating room, must be able to endure seeing blood. As for those in support team, you are also required to work late whenever there are urgent things, and it is most of the time urgent.
