    The challengesOft, have to sacrifice the evenings or weekends but that's alright as I still get to have some time to myself, catch up with friends etc...after a job is completed.

    The good thingsyou can learn a lot here but you are on your own.
    The challengesTight deadlines with a lot of overtime and weekends stays. Bad timeline management and higher management level are very impolite and impatient to employees.
