The challengesNo proper training will be juggling more things than your job scope. Higher management out don't care about local staff only foreigner they'll sack locals eventually if you demand higher position after proving worthiness

The good thingsFriendly colleague and understanding drivers. Got to learn a lot about haulage since no one is going to teach you about it
