    Internship Experience
    The good thingsThe assigned supervisor is very taking care of me. Even he is very busy on his projects, he is still willing to spend his time to solve my problems, teach me knowledges that could not gain from university, and also listen to my opinion and justification on the works he assigned to me and thus corrects my mistakes and provides advices and better suggestions based on his working experiences. More than that, other engineers also willing to teach and supervise me in different scenario and situation to ensure I had gained as much knowledge and experience as I can during my short-duration internship. The working environment is nice.
    The challengesMight be quite stressful to work here for long term.

    The good thingsA local multi-disciplined organization consists of civil, structural, industrial architect, mechanical, process, electrical and instrumentation. This organization provides one stop engineering solution from planning, design, procurement and construction.
    The challengesAnyone who join the organization will eventually should get to know other discipline works due to he/she is represent a multi-disciplined organization. A lot of inter-discipline checking need to be done prior to any issuance.
