Been working here since 2023 and as the first HR Manager in this company, I have had the opportunity to be part of many positive changes and improvements. When I first joined, HR processes were still in the early stages. Since then, we have introduced clear policies and procedures, making operations more organized and consistent for everyone.
We have also started focusing on long-term planning, including succession plans to develop future leaders. This has helped employees feel more supported and understand their career growth within the company.
A big part of this success comes from the strong support of our top management, especially our General Manager, who has always believed in the value of HR and supported the changes we have made. With their trust and guidance, we have been able to build a stronger and more strategic HR function.
It is been a meaningful journey to grow together with the company and be part of its ongoing success.

The challengesOf course when we are not the mother conpany certain approvals and verification do take some time to get it done or completed.
