    Nice workers but bad management
    The good thingsAll the shopfloor colleagues are helpful and kind. Production and Technical Manager provide good guidance.
    The challengesBad plant director, who just know how to squeeze worker. Top management will just delegate all tasks and problem then will ask "what is your solution?"
