    A very good company with great career development opportunity!
    The good thingsA very big Company. Good working culture. Everyone focus on solving the issue. Less politics involve among staff. Boss also very nice. Always give rewards to the team for good performance. Work life balance is great!
    The challengesManual data collection lead to data integrity issue. Its very hard to analysis if the data not accurate. Most of the process use manual method. Management need to upgrade to auto system.

    The good thingsTeamwork very strong. All the team members participate in solving the issue. Every day will learn new things. Management also provides training course to upgrade your skills. Work life balance consider good as the management will not disturb you 24 hours. You will get at least 2 month bonus yearly. The company is very big with over 4000 workers. There will be a good opportunity to have good career growth.
    The challengesSome of the process using manual. There will be a challenging in term of data integrity. Company need to invest for the fully automation system.

    Good place to experience a lot of thing, but not good in long term
    The good thingsThe environment is very good for new inexperience employee to gain a lot of experience. Its like a blank canvas and up to you to do or not.
    The challengesThere is no clear structure on how the appraisal system work on an employee. So you might not get the same back in return of your contribution to the company. There is no structure in almost anything. If have, the structure can be vetoed by the higher position easily. The amount of work is tremendous. The department is in a position far from the head of the company making safety, health and environment difficult to be enforced.

    The good thingsEvery month have the cafe break, and show the result. If reach the achievement, there will have small rewards to employee. Every month will celebrate the happy birthday who is birth in the current month, and sometime will celebrate the festival event such as Christmas.
    The challengesLack of the respect, there need to be try to assign the task base on the capability of employee refer to the serious politic culture. Suggest the head of department to improve the emotional control, without using the temper to manage employee, try to show the self-cultivation and mutual respect.
