The challengesImmediate supervisors failed to convey what are normally needed by senior management to their subordinates. This creates uncertainty, which normally results in long after office hours - way into 10.00 pm on weekdays. Work surrounding is quiet, with little people on the road or nearby buildings, which creates a sense of \"unsafe\" to both gender of the staffs. Work resources seem lacking too.
