It is good working in Melium just because all staffs are good to me. I learned a lot about fashion, task given and all thing
The good thingsAll staffs are good. The management kinda okay.
The challengesArea manager (sort of) Arni always think sales sales sales, but never think about staff exhauseted doing full everyday. The management kinda okay. but schedule that approved by upper management are the worst. need to do full 10am-10pm sometimes up to 15 days per month. if you a family person, DO NOT work in this company. OUTLET RM are the most kepochi, talking about staffs to everyone. ACT like manager! always see full time staffs stress to the max

Great place to practice work independently
The good thingsLearn a lot of skill, cause you work by your own most of the time. Some manager are good leader, but some they love to drag. So you need to work in smarter way.
The challengesDon't have much creative freedom but management don't really can accept new thing. As a fashion company with variety of brand for 30 years in Malaysia, I expect management team keep themselves up to date in order to accept new thing to increase sale and expanding customer based instead. Spend too much time of cutting cost instead of increase work quality. This is just my personal opinion.

Hye, my name is Mukhriz. I am 26 years old, i have more than 4 years experience in retail sales. I’d love the opportunity to put my expertise to work for your company.
The good thingsI’ve been a fan of the brand and its designs for a long time, and it’s important for me to work for a company that I believe in. Your company has always done a great job with merchandising and I’d love to get the chance to learn more about that. I want to work in retail because I like the people aspect of the business. Shopping makes people happy when they find what they like and I’d like to be a part of that.
The challengesI dont like if the staff or manager not to be honestly to me or if something happen in store, just blame on me only. I dont like staff or manager racism and not respect to me. If something happens first explains then solve the problems with team and a good way.

The good thingsTransparency! Our management makes sure we see deals coming through, that we know how our sales are looking, what our revenue is like for every month, and where we need improvement, and how that improvement is going to be executed on.
