    The good thingsGood staffs benefits - provide flexible working hours, entitle for Time Hour for staff to attend to any personal matters / issue. A very good teamwork within all department and co-workers.
    The challengesImplementation of new system or application, some senior staffs are difficult to accept changes, they prefer to stay and do whatever current process or system that they are used to, not willing to learn & explore new things.

    The good thingsWe are treated like family here. Apart from them, training's relevant to work are constantly given for those in need. Which will be very helpful in future. At the same time, supports are always there when you need the most. Friendly environment with great management team.

Have very good and understanding leader and president
    The challengesThe challenge is because i came from different background and experience. But this company still taking me as their permanent staff and give me fully training (in house training) to make me understand better about this company/industry and can do my job better. And the result, i can understand well about company business and new job scope and able to perform well for my personal KPI.
