Pros and Cons depending on individual
The good things1) Good pay for executive level compare to other companies, good QIP 2) Sometimes can be peaceful 3) Flexible in working time and things managed by individual 4) Occasional team building event 5) Technicians have got great OT pay rate compare with other companies 6) If individual have experience and independent, then no problems to survive. Would recommend if experienced candidate
The challenges1) Management have no clear direction since takeover, expects new project but not revised budget 2) Weekend/ Off day support at ad hoc request, matter of life and death 3) No proper buddy system as you are thrown into action immediately 4) Must be \"politician\" to survive 5) Not a place for fresh grads.

The good thingsThe last job helped me build my analyst skills, but now I want to focus on turning those skills to that of a project manager. The last job helped me develop handling projects, but now I want to move to even larger projects with more responsibility. Thus, the last job was a good
The challengesNo one is perfect there is always room for better performance, better inhencement, better communication, better planning, better logic, better cooperation, better understanding and better real ability. This all will be achieve along the line of experience, yet so many things to learn from our previous jobs, yet so much to learn on this coming job, yet so much to learn on the next and still so much
