I really enjoy this job since it is my passion on nursing field. Thus, it is advantages for me to experienced this kind of work.The good thingsThe doctors did well and gives good learning process towards the staff. Encourage the staffs continue learning & motivate to work harder in the clinical environment. Sometimes, there will be a class held after working hours to enhance our knowledge towards medical illness occur in our country.
The challengesThere is a few challenges in this company. One of it is staff's attitude. Really need to be mentally prepared. And need to be hardworking so that our work go smoothly. Besides that, the other challenges is meeting up with client. We need to greet in a proper manner otherwise the client would run amok or making a fuss unexpectedly. Client does not want to wait although they still need to wait in queue accordingly.
