    I learnt a lot about retail aspect as an optometrist.
    The good thingsA very lively work environment and experienced coworkers. Employees were given ample annual days and opportunities to update their knowledge in current issues regarding the evolving optometry and retail world.
    The challengesSince optical shops in Malaysia increases year by year, it would be wise that the company separates itself from other. For example, providing primary eye assessments that will attracts loyal customers, which is certainly in line with its tagline 'Pusat Optometri Keluarga Anda'.

    Great experience and knowledge
    The good thingsLearning new experience in optical field actually quite fun with the help of great team. Gaining knowledge in optical although it is not your field of passion. The team is great with good manners, helping each others plus easily adapt with the environment.
    The challengesI guessing the company need to upgrade the system as the company already 22 years in the market. To make sure the customer will come back to us is actually the satisfying moment. Probably need to start new era with online shopping idea/system. Such as eBay, Amazon etc.

    The challenges-unfortunately some of paperwork that does not belong to Outlet scope need to finish on time, thus it introduce more work vs time given and salary.

    The good thingsThe branch is small.i learn a lot because have to do a lot of things. They hire only 3-4 staff per outlet.
    The challengesProvide all branch with sufficient equipment. Not all test can be done due to limited equipment.
