    full of office politics
The good thingsgood for fresh graduate to join as stepping stone to learn and adopt to adult working life. multinational company with good support for learning
The challengesvery politics as manager only promotes their own people they like; finger pointing instead of problem solving. long working hours with full of paperwork and weird SOP that will suddenly appear. double standards. NSM keep hiring employee from previous company.

Lots of potential, but extremely messy structure
The good thingsStructured training plans, a very good training ground. Decent benefits. Colleagues are generally nice and ready to help at a moment's notice.
The challengesNeeds improvement in the following aspects: Work life balance. Prompt and effective communication in all aspects. Stabilisation and talent retention. Communication of changes before implementation. Glitches in the online reporting system. A standardised system that is suitably enforced.
