    Micro manage. Lower level staff voice are more important than executive level staff

    The challengesA micromanage supervisor with little trust in their staff. The department which I work at has no power. Every task needs all HODs approval before implementation. Take a long time in making a decision which results in double work or too little time to complete the work. Can see there is not teamwork at times.
