    The good thingsGood place to learn things and explore different skills. The management is supportive in term of working. Work-life balance is decent.
    The challengesBad salary, bad benefits, yearly increment is terrible. Unclear job scope making this company a SME and Chinaman style. You have to be able to work independently since no one will help to avoid responsibility tracing. Management is unlikely to invest to enhance overall operation and employee's welfare.
