    The good thingsMultinational company set up with providing employee's benefits accordingly. Very clear company vision has been set up which is focusing on oncology pipeline and majority of investment will be in this segmentation
    The challengesA medium size MNC going to implement a complex operational system which acquire a effective communication platform which the company failed to execute in this way. Most of time is just pass on from top to bottom by not knowing the clear reason and objective of doing it. Too high turnover is another issues which ongoing for more than 6 months and low motivation level in all level.
