    The good thingsfriendly supervisors and people around. Nice to do survey by calling.
    The challengesNot all the people will response to our call. Sometimes they in good mood and sometimes they are in bad mood. However, some of the people angry because we asked sensitive questions and some will talk to us like people well known before. Most of the customer feel irritating when we tell wanna do survey.
