    The good thingsGood exposure to lab working environment, with standard benefits for interns. The chemists there are friendly and helpful, learnt technical skills.
    The challengesHave to be proactive and engage your supervisors/co-workers for tasks. Less supervision and guidance to interns unless approached.

    The challengesWhen the workload is overwhelming it can be very stressful but everything is bearable when you have a good team and understanding boss. Everything can be sorted out when you talk it out, have a discussion and have consideration towards each other.

    The good thingsAs an intern, I learned a lot of skills and knowledge in the lab. All the staff are helpful in guiding me through the process. The working environment is fast paced and the staff are professionals and dedicated to their work.
    The challengesIt can be quite hectic when there's influx of sample in one day.

    The good thingsI experiences great group work during the internship period. All the staff and the trainer were very nice and good while helping each other. I also can apply all the the knowledge I have learnt during the class.
