Work good only for fresh graduation who require short term to gain experience to work at least 1-2 years, but not recommended for long term (future). The good thingsSmall company; The advantages - Learn to manage various job scopes which is require to handle/multi-task and learn extra knowledge even it is not in your major practice in your studied/course certification. ex, An engineer in chemical engineering graduated but also have require to do mechanical/civil/electrical/instrument job scope/work in order to meet customer/company requirement.
The challengesBecause of small company, (Manpower) 1 staff require to handle various project/work/job scope at the same time to meet company/customer requirement. Have 3 managers and 3 differences instruction/opinion to staff need to follow/implement. Ex; A project engineer (chemical engineering graduated) need to do QA/QC, Safety, draft man, electrical, mechanical, civil, general worker etc roles/job scope at same time. (Material & machinery) Cheapskate. Need to order and buy just enough (ngam-ngam). If have sudden changes by top management (project manager) and material not enough, will be back charges to the PIC (engineer/supervisor) of the project/maintenance. (Others) By compare to salary and increment with other company for next 2-6 years service, not worth it - only best for working experiences 1-2 years are recommended
