    The good thingsManagement are leaders that lead and work with teams. Family orientated culture which the top management cares for staff and monitors each staff continuously. Work life balance, and bonus payout.
    The challengesThe benefit of a Factory could have been better, such as company trip, Medical benefit, and Allowances. The management should employed Corporate level staff to help assist company growth to achieve a greater established growth.
