    To work in this company, you need to accept to do overtime.
    The good thingsHave helpful colleague.
    The challengesPoor management. Company want staff to do OT even though you don't have urgent work. If you always go back on time. When it’s time to get off work, the company will ask you to do urgent work, and you can’t get off work until you’ve done it.
