    The good thingsGreat team members, provide learning opportunies
    The challenges1. Bad office environment, 2. Bosses always have different idea and opinion, pick your side :) You getting scold by the other anyway 3. Please learn how to respect an internship student, distribute the job that related to their study and stop asking them to do everything that is irrelevant

    Nice experience
    The good thingsGood learning place for graphic interns, lots of learning opportunity given. Colleagues are very friendly and willing to guide when needed. The workload was fast paced, but upper management ensured team members felt supported and comfortable with constantly changing updates.
    The challengesHigh workload with staff turnover problem. Staff training needs time. They could have hired more suitable permanent staffs rather than relying on intern to pass the knowledge to the people working on production line.

    The good thingsWorking with lots of different tech and ad-hoc experience. Great team members, leaders, boss and of course priceless experiences.
    The challengesUnexpected task will shoot up and require you to solve it ASAP, which is a good thing as to test out your critical and creative skills to solve it with most viable solution in short time , possible forever.
