    Good place to learn loads of stuff in telcos.
    The good thingsThey try their best to keep my work-life balance in check. Could change teams should you want to gain new experiences. Teamwork is the main thing here.
    The challengesQuite stressful handling the customers' expectations and at the same time trying to make sure the customers are not getting a lot more than what they've paid for. :) Need to do not just the support stuffs, but involve some other things as well. Some people call it 'wearing many hats'.
