    The good thingsit is a good platform to enhance skill and a good work life balance. I would suggest to my friend to work in this company. I also can say that company offered on job training so that we can see how the industry work
    The challengesAlthough Metro Parking is the big player in the industry, but still have to compete with the other competitor. Nowadays, many building see the parking industry is one of the big income to their organisation and they manage on their own. We as the marketing & development team have to persuade them that we have 26 years is a good enough to manage a Car Park.

    The good thingsSelf time which is a good things since the company doesn't impose strict rules and monitor your 24/7. In addition, all tasks must be well complete unless someone reported you not doing job.
    The challengesInexperience management that will change styles and decisions every year. Since the staffs have been demotivated for no increment nearly 3 years, they came to the office with their soul somewhere else.
