    The good thingsManagement will do their best to make sure you got salary on time. You can implement your own idea/concept in your work. Flexibility are available, success depend on your self-discipline. Good support from supplier on initial stage of business relationship. If you capable to re-write in-correct pass decision, you can success in any company
    The challengesusual challenges like tight schedule, limited budget, lack of man power, ordinary internal support team. You will feel teamwork with friendly & responsible team leader. Return your equipment to HR when you resign early, you may ask for survey before you leaving, quite some pages of survey form.

    Good knowledge in Building Automation System
    The good thingsThe environment and flexibility working experiences. The information given about one task is clear and well executed. Senior Engineer is supportive and always reminds us about safety comes first in everything so that we doing our job is lean and convenient.
    The challengesThere would be a problem if the auditor team visiting site but the task has not been completed yet causing the delay on the project thus hold our other responsibilities. There would be a problem if the task given is not well executed causing a inconvenient redo just because the electrical components is connected with so much other things.

    The good thingsI have learned many things about building automation system. It's new things for me because during study at Politeknik I did not study about building automation. It's great experience for me to work for this great company.
    The challengesThe challenge is that I involve in project upgrading building automation system at Vishay Semiconductor Malaysia in Melaka. It's because usually I'm just doing servicing building automation system at sites given by company. So, it's my first time to do project upgrading, it quite tough in the beginning.

    All the engineers are willingly to help me to gain the knowledge about the working environment of being the project engineer
    The good thingsI like the working environment which is at the site where I can communicate with other company in order to finish the construction building. I love to solve the problems that are always there since this is a construction building. There are always help whenever you stuck of solving problems which means that this company will stand together to work.
    The challengesThe challenges that I face is the software used and also the laptop used to install the software in the equipment is pretty outdated.

    GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR FRESH-GRADUATE TO LEARN NEW SYSTEM
    The good thingsTo be honest, this company will provide a better opportunity to any fresh graduate. In order to learn new things, this company will send and allocate you to each site that they handle and teach you how to do the work based on SOP. You also will get a good hospitality and benefit from the company.
    The challengesWe must be a quick learner person who can adapt to any pressure and working environment. The company also will send you to any location (site) alone once you already know about their system. Thus, its quite interesting as you can learn on how to operate the BAS system and also learn on how to troubleshoot any problem regarding the BAS system.

    The good thingsI would recommend this company to fresh graduate especially in related engineering field. You will get more chances to do hand-on work which is good for your knowledges and skills. Plus, career development in this company is also not bad IF you're willing to work under pressure.
    The challengesIf you're in project team, dateline. If you're in technical & commissioning (T&C), hard time in locating your equipment and cabling (handover from project team not smooth). If you're in service team, spare parts.

    The good thingsIn this company, you have your own time, manage your own time, meet with many people and have experince to deal with a few different type of manager or consultance, so thats mean we will gain more and more experience with dealing with costumer behavior. Working with good boss, understand you, taking care of you its a good thing that hard to get at any other company.
    The challengesMost of all the most challenging part is, you need to troubleshoot and working with minima supervision. The only training you have is only on job training. There a various type of system you need to learn and know how to fix it when facing any type of problem. There are many different type of equipment you need to deal with. You will need a strong analytical and troubleshooting method for this job

    The good thingsHave expose their staff to gain more experiences and knowledge more than their qualification. They allow their staff to be independent but at the same time to give adequate assistance in completing the job.
    The challengesThe challenges are when you have to be self-learning where you have to be able to learn by yourself in the area that is new to your current job. Even proper guidance are given, at the same time, you need to push yourself to expand your knowledge where there are time where you need to complete a job that is totally new that your current job.
