    Every Company has its own advantage & disadvantage
    The good thingsWorking direct under my boss instead of go through few stages of management. Working time is quite flexible as long as you provide solid & thinks-fit reason for your late to work. Remember to stay back for the length of time that you late to work. Average 1-3 months bonus a year, example year 2014, I apply zero medical leave and I get 3 months bonus for year 2015.
    The challengesNeed to spend few years to get promoted to another position. The new workplace requires 3 times travel millage distance from the previous workplace. Company only agreed to subsidized the petrol & toll allowance for first 12 month period.
