    The challengesthere are no structure, no training, no organization culture, no leadership and no direction. Highly toxic working environment. Please improve on understanding people instead of blaming.

    Really happy with the easy-going culture, good managers, friendly colleagues and manageable workload
    The good thingsConstant and direct engagement from the top management locally and globally gives clear direction of our performance and where we are headed, which is important for our career/day-to-day activities. Managers understand the needs of the team members and are always being supportive and flexible. Friendly colleagues, and workload are manageable, never needed to do OT, although some teams may require to OT.
    The challengesFor such a strong name in the industry, one would expect to be happier if the benefits and compensation are better/improved. Right now, it's not low, just average.

    The good thingsIf you're looking at the importance of work-life balance, this company is where you should be. My BAU work does not get past EOD and I barely have to do OTs.
    The challengesBut when you do not have much OT most of the work actually happens during working hours. Meaning during these hours cut-off times are priority which requires your immediate attention.

    The good thingsPeople is nice to work with and very helpful when you first started.
    The challengesLimited to nonexistent career growth within the company. If you work here very hard to advance your career elsewhere. Pay maybe higher than other but not worth sacrificing time here. Management who doesn’t seem to care or listen to your concerns
