    The good thingsI was able to learn new skills and knowledge regarding flexible circuit manufacturing. Co-operate with different position level to ensure good quality prototype products. I also learned to be a team leader.
    The challengesSometimes stressing over meeting a short deadline but it helps to teach me to work in a stressful working environment. As a fresh level entry, it sometimes difficult to keep up with current issue development but it helps me to be a fast learner.

    From college to real field
    The good thingsgain self experience beside that as a fresh this is oportunity for me applicant the theory to practical in real field in engineering. however its difficult to compete with others wokers who are have more experience but its call a learning process that we must learn with them. for me environment at the factory also in safety and good for health because they always follow HSE rules.
    The challengesneed to prove fresh student also can complete all the job requirement follow the time. work in shift which is 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am makesure the production follow the schedule/ urgent part be responsible about quality work with foregnier be a comitted workers for give 100% to company lastly think how to reduce the inventory and give extra profit for company.

    The good thingsThe management is empowering the employee to make decision with guidance. i was an officer but involvement is bigger than i working now. I learnt & exposed to diversity area to enhance my career life not limit to only my area but is a chain of learning to others departments. I have a great boss that looking for result not micromanage. Bosses give us trust and empowerment to make decision.
    The challengesThe challenges being a EMS is a great challenge. The team there compete in market in term of pricing & capital resources. Knowledge and latest market trend in C&B is a great challenge. In that small town, people do not have great benchmark with others MNC and that is the lacking of exposure and competitive of the market trend.
