    Great Company to work
    The good thingsEnvironment & colleagues are the best here as we all work collaboratively. Architects, engineer (C&S & MNE), QS, site, manufacturer (IBS) and all are working in under same roof. So learn bundle of knowledge. They are willing to share knowledge. Working on time (no stay up).
    The challengesLittle increment & bonus. Parking is limited (need to pay for monthly basement parking).

    Great place to learn up and grow
    The good thingsGreat benefits and facilities . Well paid which on time payment. Good place for fresh graduates to improve their skillsets at work . Always send their staffs for trainings when available.
    The challengesPolitical issue always hidden then blown up at the end. Must be aware and beware on someone who will do something horrible behind. Teamwork and efficiency in work needs to be improve for better communication. Work in limited of time frame.

    Supervise piling work (spun pile and bore pile), sheet pile with double strike and pilecap work for construction work. Also arrangement works and material for workers. Checking and inspection works and materials. Discussion and solve problem with Resident
    The good thingsHave many benefit, such as allowance, medical card, insurans card, free sim card. Also have best enviroment. The company also provides the best service to all staff. The lary i always given wihout hanging and never late. The company also provide a lot of experience and i able to educate someone who has no working experience.
    The challengesOffice management in purchasing or odering items takes a long time and cause difficulty in supervise the workplace smoothly.

    Great place to start off your career
    The good thingsYearly bonus based on company sales and yearly increment in salary If you want to learn mandarin, here is a great place where you can learn with your colleague. Each department is like a family so you will feel warmth everyday when you come to work This company has an awesome team name \"MGB SuperGlue\" which organize awesome and surprising activities to their employee! The company respect all religions whereby we celebrate all 4 great celebrations in the year (Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Deepavali and Christmas) Celebration are in the terms of makan treat (i.e. buffet) organized by MGB SuperGlue team. Boss and head of department doors are opened to you when you have any issues in workplace.
    The challengesVery hard to find good place to eat out for lunch or dinner (when stay back for overtime work) Mandarin speaking culture Must be extremely street smart in order to survive in this company. Culture embedded in this company is slightly hard to change. And no casual Friday attire as casual Friday attire are only for first week of the month so other days is formal attire Annual leave comes in month by month basis. Work for one month, earn one day leave Company rules are unbendable, must follow many procedures in order to get one thing done. Rules are made by human which are bendable but this company wants things to be done in procedural basis even it is urgent task.

    The good thingsworking with this company give lots of experiences. all site work, monitoring and planning do it my ourself and my team-mates. All the problem rises will be handle by us and will be guided by senior. this is good for the starter like me and also for the fresh graduate.
